Group Admission to MYERS PARK option:
If your group/organization would like to pay the park admission fee of your guests, please contact the Lansing Parks & recreation office. Your group/organization may provide their own parking tickets, or you may choose a group tally sheet. If you choose to do provide a parking ticket to each guest, we will need a copy of it prior to your event. You will need to clearly list your group, date and pavilion letter on the ticket. When choosing this option, a credit card will be required to keep on file. Cash/check payments not received for admission balances within 10 business days after your event will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. A receipt of this transaction will be mailed to the address on file.
TRASH IN - TRASH OUT Policy:
Please be prepared to take ALL of your trash when you leave. A service charge of $25 will be billed to contact person if any trash is left behind.
• All motor vehicles must park in designated areas. NO PARKING on park lawns.
• Loud amplified music is prohibited.
• The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
• The sale of goods and or services in the park is prohibited.
• Park closes at 10 PM.
