Programs
Join the Lansing Area Swim Team! Our experienced coaches will teach swimmers the competitive strokes and help them develop good workout habits, all while having fun in the pool! Participants MUST be able to swim all 4 competitive strokes legally. Participants MUST also be comfortable swimming ~2000 yards over the course of an hour.
Gold Group:
Our gold group is for current competitive swimmers who want to improve their speed and competitive skills. GOLD group will practice from 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
