Programs
Join the Lansing Area Swim Team! Our experienced coaches will teach swimmers the competitive strokes and help them develop good workout habits, all while having fun in the pool! Participants MUST be able to swim 2 lengths of the pool, each of front crawl and backstroke. Participants MUST also be comfortable swimming 32-40 lengths over the course of an hour.
Note:
The winter session will run from June 25th to July 17th.
